REFUND POLICY

As we do not accept returns for purchases, a refund is only applicable in two cases which are as follows; product availability and our Bespoke Shopping Service. 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All website orders are subject to product availability. If an item is no longer available for whatever reason at the time you place an order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.

BESPOKE SHOPPING SERVICE

The service requires a 50% deposit to order in an item request. We pride ourselves in ensuring the fact that this deposit is completely refundable if the client happens to change their mind upon arrival of the item to us. The deposit will be refunded using the original method of payment.
